Extra Info

  • I work with 18+ clients only - all the way through to older adults.

  • Please note you can only access the land by car, but there is plenty of free parking and a loo available to use before your session.

  • I would suggest arriving 10 minutes before we start so you can get settled.

  • Please ensure you dress according to the weather and have a rain coat and wellies or sun cream / sun hat in your car, and bring a water bottle.

  • We will keep to the paths at all times, but please be aware that the ground is uneven, with slight gradients in places and may be slippery and muddy in wet conditions.

  • With that in mind - sessions are undertaken at your own risk and by starting therapy with me, you accept the risk and are liable for any injury.

  • Due to the nature of the therapy, walking and talking through meadows, wood and an orchard, ecotherapy sessions may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. However, please do get in touch as we have plenty of outdoor areas that may be suitable to sit and talk.

  • I have a charged mobile phone and a first aid kit close by should we need them.

  • I am an animal lover, so if you own a well behaved dog, then you are welcome to bring them to walk with us (on a lead) during your session. Please let me know when we arrange your session if you would like to bring your dog.
